She first made news last year, where her dance tutoring videos for elementary students went viral. The song ‘Chandiranetake Oduvanamma’ from grade-1 Kannada textbook is what Vandana is seen dancing on in the viral video. One can see her unique expressions, trying to teach the basics of the classical dance to her little students while the schools are closed.
Vandana is a trained dancer and teaches semi-classical and folk dances. She has also been part of reality shows on Kannada channels. With schools not open for more than a year, Vandana is making use of this time in uploading videos. Her videos have been a huge favourite and she has got huge fans.
