Born to Jagadish and Shyamala, Shashank did his schooling in Canara High School. He took up painting as his hobby. His first guru was Jayanth Shetty, an art teacher at Canara High School.

Shashank did his diploma in graphic designing. After working for a couple of years, he started his own design studio at Car Street in Mangalore. He is expert in album designing, logo designing, wedding photography and videography. Even though he was busy with all this work, he started to develop his vector art.

In his office, he always listens to religious songs. This inspired him to do the now famous digital vector art on Swami Koragajja, which has become a rage. He has also done vector art sketches of popular politicians as well as celebrities.

He is also in social service and is a member of RSS. One of his greatest moments was when he presented his vector art sketch to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s brother, when he had visited Mangaluru.

Shashank Acharya’s vector art is in huge demand nowadays. There are mobile covers, stickers and T-Shirts with his vector art. He feels proud of these, and wants to do more unique works in future. Tuluadda.com wishes Shashank Acharya all the best for his future endeavors.
